The activities organized by students are a vital part of campus life. Besides sharing common interests and having fun, the clubs offer opportunities to demonstrate leadership qualities and people management abilities.
Confluence
Confluence - The English Club at JU-CMS stands for improving and enhancing the calibre of literary skills at the college by creating a judgement-free environment. It supports the students to channelize their potential by providing them with a wide variety of opportunities to do potential justice. The club has set a standard for English and provided the students and artists with a safe space to express and showcase their work and talent along with nurturing it. The club conducts events every fortnight like open mic sessions, JAM sessions, poetry recitals, and a lot more for the enrichment of linguistic art and prowess. Under the aegis of this club, exists an Editorial Board for the English Magazine, "Ergo".
Kannada Kalpa
Kalpa means creation and dissolution. At JU-CMS, Kannada Kalpa is a student-led initiative to promote Kannada language and its associated literature. The club organizes events such as Kannada Rajyotsava and many more every year to appraise and spread the beauty of the language.
NSS (National Service Scheme)
NSS (National Service Scheme) at JU-CMS does voluntary services with the motive to serves the society and to make it a better place. NSS tries to spread awareness through community services like Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan, Blood Donation Camp, Self Defense Session, World Environment Day, International Yoga Day, Village Survey, Food Donation, Tree Plantation, Nukkad Natak, etc. NSS aims to foster a sense of social and civic responsibility in the students.
Women Cell
The Women Cell is constituted at JU-CMS with the motive to help maintain a harmonious atmosphere at the college and to enable women to pursue their work and studies with dignity and reassurance. The Cell has been working to raise awareness on gender equality and is committed to maintaining a professional learning and working environment for its students, employees and guests. One of the agendas of this Cell is to prevent gender discrimination and inappropriate sexual conduct, and this is best achieved through promoting gender sensitivity and justice amongst employees, students and guests.
Sankalp
Sankalp - The Hindi Club is an independent platform where students work together to promote Hindi culture, literature and language with the celebration of many events such as Guru Purnima, Hindi Diwas, Vishva Hindi Diwas etc. It also helps the society with a special event named "KHUSHI", spreading awareness about the social causes.
Duke of Edinburgh
The Duke of Edinburgh Award is issued by his Royal Highness Prince Philip. There are three levels of the award: Bronze, Silver and Gold. It takes around 12-18 months to complete the award. It is one of the most prestigious awards worldwide, where you are evaluated based on your skills, social service, adventurous journeys and physical recreation.
The Drama Club
The Drama Club at JU-CMS aims to enrich students' college experience through art, along with reinforcing traditional academics. We believe that dramatic exploration can provide students with an outlet for emotions, thoughts, and dreams that they might not otherwise have the means to express. Through drama students can communicate and understand others in new ways by developing tolerance and empathy.
Yuva
Yuva Ignited Minds is a social initiative started by a group of 12 students pursuing BBM at CMS in 2008. Today, it is an armada of over 200 registered members. Education, Health and Society are the core areas under which social activities are conducted.
Creative Inc.
Creative Inc. is the creative desk of JU-CMS; they are the face behind pulling off a great fest like the CMS Festival. This team is entrusted for the gala event organized by CMS. From event conceptualization, ideation, staging, light, sound and AV set up to event entertainment planning; they do it all with excellence.

ETHOS is the official club of Human Resources Management at Centre for Management Studies, JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), Bengaluru. The club provides an excellent place for HR enthusiasts, students, or HR professionals to get to know and keep in touch with other like-minded people, get tons of resources for your HR knowledge growth, try out new things and apply knowledge to reality. The club aims to create an inclusive and friendly environment where people would love to share their knowledge and experiences.
NAT- Networking and Analysis
Networking is an investment, it takes time and when done correctly it can yield great results for years to come. That is exactly what the Networking and Analysis Team stands for. Training students and giving them practical insight on building networks, sustaining, and nourishing them. We conduct various Student Development Programs, Training Sessions, and workshops open to students all across the world. This provides students access to build various networks, allowing them to not only learn but also implement what they have gathered. It's a one-of-a-kind club, unique to the Center for Management Studies.
